What this page does and does not show

It shows a live check, run the moment you loaded the page. It does not show a history of past incidents, and it deliberately shows no internal detail — latencies, queue depths and version numbers map the system for an attacker and tell you nothing useful. If an incident affected the answers rather than the availability, it is reported by email to affected accounts, because a wrong answer delivered quickly is worse than no answer.
