1. Seller details

The seller’s name, registered address, telephone number and email address are shown in the “Service operator” block at the bottom of this page. Any request, complaint or notice before or after an order can be sent through those channels.

2. Essential characteristics of the service

The subject of the sale is digital credit spent on the NameGender service. No physical product is shipped, so no shipping, packaging or delivery cost arises.

Credits are spent on the API and batch file surfaces, which classify gender probabilistically from names, email addresses or names derived from usernames. Results are statistical and do not identify a person.

3. Total price and payment method

The credit count and total price of each package are shown in euro on the pricing page and on the order screen. The total displayed before confirmation is the final amount payable, inclusive of all taxes.

Payment is made by credit or debit card on the secure page of a licensed payment institution. Card details are not passed to or stored by the seller. If your card is not denominated in euro, the exchange rate and any cross-border fee follow your bank’s tariff.

4. Method and timing of performance

Performance is electronic and immediate: credits are added to the ordering account as soon as payment is approved. There is no separate delivery period or delivery address.

If payment is not approved, the order is not completed and no credits are added.

5. Right of withdrawal and its exception

Under Article 15/1(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly. By confirming an order you request immediate performance and accept that no right of withdrawal exists.

The seller nevertheless offers a voluntary refund: if none of the credits have been used, a refund may be requested within 3 calendar days of activation. The conditions are set out in the Delivery and Refund Policy.

6. Complaints and remedies

Raising the matter with the seller first is usually the fastest route. If that does not resolve it, a buyer resident in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits.

7. Confirmation

By confirming an order you acknowledge that you have read this Preliminary Information Form, that you have been informed of the essential characteristics and total price of the service, and that the order places you under an obligation to pay.
